Yes. Quora does not connect anonymous questions or answers with the original contributor, so we cannot and do not limit anonymous question askers from taking public actions on their own questions. Additionally, there is no way for anyone to leave an anonymous comment on a question or answer. All actions you take on the public question page, such as upvoting, commenting, or writing an answer, will be associated with your name.
