Similar to Questions and Answers you'll see in your Quora feed, Links are selected for their relevance to you, taking into account the topics you're following and content you (and people you follow) have upvoted. Here are some suggestions to help optimize the Links you'll see in your feed:
When you come across a Link story that you enjoy and/or that's relevant to your interests, click the "Upvote" option below it. Upvoting a Link will tell Quora that you'd like to see similar Links going forward.
If, however, you encounter a Link in your Quora feed that you don't like, click on the "X" just above the title. Once you do that, you'll see the following message, "You've hidden this story", followed by these additional options:
- Downvote - Downvoting a Link will instruct Quora to send fewer links of that sort
- Mute - Muting the story topic or the news source will prevent you from seeing links related to that topic/source going forward
- See Fewer Links - Choosing this option will decrease the amount of links in your feed. Please note that choosing this option more than once will not have any effect
- Report - Reporting a link will send it to Quora Moderation for review
